The new restaurant with a Michelin star is Restaurant Vermeer, opposite the Central Station of Amsterdam.

It is not the first time for Restaurant Vermeer to have a Michelin star. In 2005 it went down from 2 stars to one, and in 2008 it lost its last star too.
