The reasons for the closure are various. The club visitors caused (noise) problems in the neighbourhood, causing residents to fight the club in court. As Panama never quite complied with designation rules, it lost cases in court.
Panama is located in a mainly residential neighbourhood.
Other reasons were the lack of parking possibilities and the higher rent.

The club has existed for 10 years. Panama has closed as off immediately.
