Amalia is the first daughter (of three) of HRH Willem Alexander and Princess Maxima. She is the second in line for accession to the throne. Ordinarily speaking she will become Queen of the Netherlands after her father Willem Alexander gives up the throne.
But he is still waiting for his mother, Queen Beatrix, to abdicate, and she has still not given clear signs that she will do this in the near future.
