Skeletons found at archeological site - Open days Monday and Tuesday

Skeletons were found today at the graveyard that was uncovered last week, at the archeological dig at Rokin.

At the location of the graves that were found last week, now a large number of skeletons have been found.
They date from the 17th to the 19th century.

The site will be open to the public on Monday and Tuesday, April 11 and 12, between 11am and 3pm. The entrance is at Rokin 78, between Dam Square and Munt Square.
Experts of the Amsterdam Bureau of Monuments and Archeology will be present to provide explanation.
