Nemo

Nemo

Nemo is Holland's largest science centre. On 5 floors you will find all kinds of displays and exhibitions about scientific topics, specially designed for children of various ages.
A lot of the displays are interactive, and can be touched or played with.

The building is a real eye-catcher, just East of the Central Station. The architect who designed it is Renzo Piano.

The roof of the buildings is accessible, and provides a great view toward the old city centre of Amsterdam. The roof is freely accessible, either by the staircase on the outside, or the elevator in the entrance hall. On the roof is restaurant Dak, with a view toward the old city.
