The Michelin stars for 2017 have been published today. Amsterdam has 3 new star restaurants (and lost 2).
The new restaurants are:
- Restaurant Mos at IJdok, on the IJdock peninsula, next to the Amsterdam Court of Justice.
- Restaurant Bolenius. Also not located in the old centre, but in the financial office district 'Zuid-as'.
- Rijks, in the Rijksmuseum.
All three have been awarded one Michelin star.
Restaurant La Rive in the Amstel Hotel, presumably Amsterdam's most posh 5 star hotel, lost its star.
Restaurant Le Restaurant has closed down.
