Free Wifi internet on main Amsterdam train stations

Yesterday a Dutch newspaper (Spits) discovered that free WiFi internet has become available on some major train stations in the Netherlands.

The free login appears to be a test by KPN, one of the main telecom providers in the Netherlands.

The free WiFi works on the train stations Amsterdam Centraal, Amsterdam Zuid, Amsterdam Amstel, Amsterdam Sloterdijk and also at Schiphol Airport, Utrecht Centraal and Rotterdam Centraal.

Free WiFi was already available in Dutch intercity trains, but in the trains video websites (Youtube etc.) are blocked, to ensure a reasonable bandwidth for travellers.
This restriction does not apply on the KPN network. It is not known how long the test will last. It may be indefinite, as it is the Dutch Railways' wish that Wifi becomes available outside the trains, on the platforms, as well.

Logging in on the KPN network requires only that you tick the box 'Accepteer de voorwaarden' (Accept terms and conditions).
