Pathé Arena (cinema in Amsterdam South-East) opened the first IMAX screen in Amsterdam, yesterday.
The first film to be shown on the screen is 'Robots'.
IMAX shows the movie on a very large screen, with extremely clear images and sounds.
The cinema is located in Amsterdam South-East, next to the Bijlmer train station and close to the Arena Stadium. The Bijlmer train station can be reached by train from Central Station or by metro (direction Gein).
